We are a small family operated quail farm located in the beautiful central Texas Hillcountry. Our goal is to provide the highest quality hatching eggs for quail and ameraucana chickens at the most reasonable prices. We currently offer hatching eggs for Jumbo coturnix, or pharaoh quail, and will offer Tennessee Red and California Mountain quail eggs in the Spring of 2009 along with those beautiful blue egg layers, the Ameraucana.

We do everything we can to give your quail the best start possible by feeding optimally nutritious foods from natural sources, unmedicated whole breeder feeds. and ample vitamin and mineral supplements. Add to that quaility care and housing (our Ameraucana are free rangeing) proper handling of collected eggs, and it goes a long way to help ensure high fertility and vigorous chicks.

We do not artificially light our quail to increase egg production, therefore our hatching eggs are a seasonal item offered from March to October of each year. We continually add to our covey from breeders all over the United States to ensure a good genetic diversity in our breeding stock.
